Processing and calculation of daily price enquiries in the field of forwarding and logistics Creation of offers for national and international transport Costing and processing of customer channels and tenders Collection and coordination of purchase prices with internal departments, branches and partners: Tracking open offers and active consultation with customers Telephone address of potential new customers Agreement and preparation of customer appointments for the field service and sales management Qualification of incoming requests and new sales contacts Support in preparing and posting customer talks Maintenance of customer, contact and sales data in the CRM system Close cooperation with the operational departments and other locations of the TRANSCO Group Participation in the further development of our sales and calculation processes

Completed commercial training, ideally as a merchant for forwarding and logistics services Professional experience in a forwarding or a logistics company Experience in the costing of transport prices and the creation of offers Good knowledge of national and international transport Pleasure to call customer contact and interest in sales tasks Safe and friendly appearance as well as a pronounced customer orientation Independent, structured and reliable operation Commercial understanding and a good sense of market-oriented prices Good MS Office knowledge and ideally experience with CRM and forwarding systems Good knowledge of German and English
