Operations management for the Butter Room at the Hansa coking plant (m/f/d)

General responsibility (shift briefing, reservation system (aleno) and emails daily check and answer, ensuring a smooth process and contact person for the team throughout the entire shift, )

Staff management & organisation (economic deployment planning and pause coordination, briefing for exclusive events, instructing new employees, motivation and support of the team, constructive feedback on challenges or more efficient operation, feedback talks)

Service and quality management (checking product quality according to internal requirements, maintaining hygiene standards, ensuring a high service standards, receiving and answering guest feedback)

Cash & billing (customer for daily billing & cash, independent work with cash, cash and credit card payment)

Goods Management & Warehouses (Inventure, Break List Lead, Make Orders and Deliveries with Team, Keep Warehouse, Mise-en-place for Everyday Life and Events)

Digital operating organization & IT-related processes (active maintenance and further development of digital operations with hands-on mentality, e.g. AI telephone assistant, cash register system, e-mail communication, adaptation of the Lightspeed cash register in food and offer changes, support in digitization and optimization of internal processes, ensuring professional, hospitable and structured digital communication (e.g. e-mail &

Cleanliness, hygiene & order (control of cleaning, monitoring of daily checklists, ensuring a well maintained ambience)

Reporting & Communication (Create Layer Report, Transfer to Team, Communication with Management, Accounting and Event Department)
