Team Leader Distribution Grid Electricity / Gas (m/f/d)

For our operation distribution networks Syke, we are looking for a team leader distribution network electricity and gas for our network team Syke Nord at the next possible time at the Syke site. The team is responsible for the operation and maintenance of our electricity and proportional gas distribution networks in and around Syke. A task that challenges You take the technical and disciplinary direction for your team with 11 employees. You plan and tax the annual, quarterly, monthly and weekly activities in your area of responsibility. You coordinate, set goals and control the subordinate activities. You carry out operating sales for smaller measures. You take the complaint management, plead contacts with municipalities and clients and acquire new orders. You are responsible for ordering and monitor the costs and quality of the DSO network operating products and external services. You commission, monitor and supervise service providers as part of your order responsibility. You ensure compliance with the traffic safety requirements. You implement and promote our HSE culture. You support the integration of smart grid technologies to control distribution networks. You will develop suggestions for action and create offers for your area of responsibility. You take part in the willingness to direct (coordinating). You take special tasks limited in time in consultation with the department manager.

You have successfully completed a training course for master/technician (electricity or gas) or a technical university study (Bachelor) with the focus on electrical engineering or comparable discipline. In addition, you have successfully completed a multi-saving qualification for electricity/gas (e.g. distribution network technician, network master or network engineer) or are ready to complete the qualification. You already have practical experience in the daily business of a network operator in the power and gas distribution network. You feel as an ambassador of the company and always have a look at our mission and the Great Whole.
