Examination of the completeness and regularity of the contract documents as well as the finalisation and processing of contractual adjustments are your tasks You may obtain missing necessary information from the customer or Sales partners and check the risk The creation of change offerings and the execution of contract requests as well as the processing of the correspondences and telephone calls that arise there is nothing new for you Account management and payment clarifications make you happy You process general complaints and incidents of all persons involved in the insurance contract You will ensure adequate telephone service You support or represent the team in cooperation with interface areas (e.g. projects)

You have a successfully completed insurance business training or a similar training, ideally through a completed training to the specialist (d/m/w) for insurance In addition, you have knowledge of life insurance, ideally with experience in operating business You are a team player and show high flexibility to adapt to new circumstances at any time (including parallel different stock management systems) A strong communication and cooperation capability are of course for you and form the basis for your successful work Your pursuit of continuous development makes you a valuable addition to our team You want to take ownership and work in an increasingly agile environment
