You've already gained first experiences in the field of private customer care, have fun on telephone & chatting and customer service is your passion You have excellent time management and the ability to do multiple tasks simultaneously and set priorities Teamplay, Hands-on-Mentality and a quick understanding characterize you Flowing German knowledge in word and writing - English knowledge is advantageous as well as a safe handling of Google Workspace Tools (Sheets, Gmail, Calendar etc.) The safe use of the 10 finger system as well as several years of experience in home office is advantageous
