Support in the creation and publication of job advertisements on relevant job portals Coordination and appointment of interviews Pre-qualification / assessment of selected candidate profiles, e.g. by telephone initial calls Participation in project-related HR topics, e.g. in the context of onboarding processes, employer branding topics or active sourcing via LinkedIn Working in storage and document management

Continuous studies in the field of economics or in a comparable degree course - with a focus on human resources management / HR First experience in recruiting are of advantage, but no need Safe handling of MS Office and IT applications Affinity for social media Topics regarding Employer Branding Measures Communication strength at all hierarchical levels Structured and careful working and enjoy working in the team
