Type of employment: Limited Working time: Full time Place of work: Reutlingen As a PreMaster, you will analyze end-to-end shopping processes and develop innovative digitalization and automation solutions together with the specialist areas. You identify potentials for the use of AI, data analytics and digital tools to increase efficiency, transparency and data quality in purchasing. You support international projects in Purchasing and Supply Chain Management and take responsibility for your own subprojects from idea to implementation. You prepare management presentations, process analyses and decision templates and communicate results with international stakeholders. You work at the interface between purchasing, IT and business and actively shape the digital transformation of our shopping processes.

Education: above-average university degree (Bachelor) in the field of economic engineering, business informatics, computer science, data science, business management, supply chain management or a comparable subject with concrete intention to take up a master's degree. Personality: curious, responsible, self-initiative, strong and team-capable with passion for the interface between business and IT. Operation: End-to-end thinking, analytical, process-oriented, structured and independent. Experiences and know-how: first practical experience in process management, purchasing, supply chain management, digitalization, data analytics or IT. Ideally knowledge of data analysis (e.g. Excel, Power BI or Python) as well as interest in AI applications and process automation. Qualification: safe handling of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint Enthusiasm: for the digital transformation of shopping and the use of modern technologies such as AI and data analytics to create sustainable added value. Languages: very good German and good English in word and writing
