• In this position you prepare fresh and tasty dishes with passion, from careful preparation and precise portioning to timely completion. • During the output, you continuously monitor the quality of the food and actively contribute to the front-cooking area if necessary. • In addition, you ensure compliance with all statutory and operational hygiene and safety regulations, perform quality checks on raw materials and take care of the professional storage of return samples. • In the field of goods management, you support the acceptance and transport of foods, for their professional sorting and storage, and pay attention to resource-saving handling. • You coordinate and assign tasks to kitchen aids, monitor their careful implementation and actively contribute to a clean and tidy kitchen area.
