IT Transition Manager with a focus on Cyber Security (m/f/d)

In this role, you are responsible for managing complex transition projects and working closely with customers, technical expert teams and sales. Your mission – or, in other words, your tasks You control and coordinate sophisticated cyber security transfer projects with our customers – from planning to successful go-live. You act as a central interface between customers, sales and technical specialist teams and ensure clear communication and transparency. You analyze and coordinate technical and organizational security requirements and translate them into structured, implementable solutions. You assemble leading project teams and coordinate all participants across different disciplines. You plan resources forward and recognize risks, dependencies and bottlenecks early. You ensure consistent compliance with quality, security and compliance requirements. You accompany the transfer of the services to the control mode or Security Operations and secure a stable operation. You actively tax escalations and bind the relevant stakeholders in a targeted manner in critical topics.

What you bring – besides the desire to move something You have several years of experience in managing complex IT or cyber security projects and make these projects a success. You master common project management methods such as PRINCE2, Agile or classic approach models and apply them to the situation. Cyber Security and IT infrastructures are your home – from networks to cloud to security operations. You understand technical relationships in detail and can convey complex content and topics clearly, understandably and according to target groups. You coordinate technical teams in a sovereign way – across locations and in challenging project environments. You work structured, solution-oriented and keep an overview even in critical situations. Knowledge of ITIL, ISO 27001 or other security and compliance standards are advantageous. You can communicate safely in German and English with both customers and international teams.
