Responsibility for the planning, control and monitoring of corporate finances, including budgeting, forecasting and analysis of target-actual deviations at cost centers, cost centers and corporate level Ensuring effective operational hours control as well as implementation and compliance with the requirements of the Group Controlling of the parent company Total responsibility for monthly cost-benecast, monthly, quarterly and annual accounts (HGB) Preparatory work, in particular evaluation of unfinished products and provisions Rolling 13-week liquidity planning,Working Capital Managements Further development of BI-based reporting tools and digital transformation processes in the financial sector (e.g. SAP S/4HANA) Discipline and professional leadership of the controlling team (currently 3 colleagues)

Complete study of economics, economics (ideally with a focus on finance/controlling) or a comparable qualification Insufficient professional experience in a leading finance function, e.g. as head of controlling, finance director or commercial director in the manufacturing industry, ideally in (large) plant engineering Detectable successes in leadership of teams and change management Founded user knowledge in modern ERP systems (ideally SAP S/4HANA) Entrepreneurial thinking, analytical strength, high communication capability and enforcement strength
