We are looking for a machine operator (m/w/d) for turning machines (m/w/d), which supports our production process with readiness and soil adhesion. Here you work with modern CNC lathes and contribute your part to the automotive industry. Take the next step and become part of a team that stands for quality, precision and reliability.

• You serve CNC lathes, balancing and assembly systems and perform tasks such as turning, balancing and pressing.
• You make sure that customers and wage workers are supplied in time.
• You support set-up activities on combination machines and prepare them.
• You independently fix minor disturbances and error messages.
• You carry out measurement and testing activities on workpieces according to the test plan.
• You document quality checks, e.g. using control and SPC cards.
• You are working on improving production processes in your area of work.

We are looking for

Are you bringing the right skills to convince in this exciting position? Here you will find what you should do ideally:

• In the best case, you have completed technical training with a focus on machine operation.
• You will have first experience in the operation of CNC lathes, whether from the profession or from practical projects.
• You are ready to work independently and solve minor challenges independently.
• You have the motivation to work into complex production processes.
• You have an eye for detail and carry out tests as well as quality controls.
• Teamwork and a positive attitude are of course for you.
