Head of Quality, Environment and Energy – Leading Provider (m/f/d)

In the course of a post-occupation, we are looking for you as Head of Quality, Environment and Energy (m/w/d), who is responsible for the further development of the integrated quality, environmental and energy management system and actively shapes quality assurance in a technologically demanding production environment.

· Total responsibility for quality, environmental and energy management at the site · Design, optimization and monitoring of quality-relevant processes along the entire production processes · Professional and disciplinary leadership of the teams in QM, QS and the laboratory · Active participation in day-to-day operations, in particular in quality management in the processing of complaints · Planning, implementation and monitoring of internal and external audits as well as central interface to customers, certification bodies and authorities · Responsibility for compliance with statutory, normative and customer-specific requirements (including ISO 9001, 14001, 50001 and industry-specific requirements)

· Complete study in the technical or scientific field, ideally with a focus on materials technology, production technology or comparable · Multiannual leadership experience in quality management of a manufacturing industrial company · Knowledge of relevant standards and standards (in particular ISO 9001, 14001, 50001; ideally IATF 16949) and audit experience · Embossed understanding of industrial production processes and willingness to cooperate in day-to-day business · Communication strong, structured and responsible personality with very good knowledge of German and English
