At the SOS Children's Village in Thuringia, we are looking for a societal assistant (m/w/d) for our mother/father/childresidential group in permanent employment, full-time (38,5 h/w) Your task: In our mother/father/childresidential group we accompany young parents to increasingly take responsibility for themselves and their children and to successfully tackle the diverse challenges of family life. Included are minor and full-year mothers and fathers who need support in the care and education of their children and in their own personal development. The aim of our educational work is to strengthen the existing resources of the young families, to promote safety in dealing with the children and to develop sustainable perspectives for a family life that is as independent as possible. Our group has nine seats on four living days. On the ground floor there is also our meeting point – a place for community activities, courses, encounters and accompanied walks.
