You bear the responsibility for the professional quality and economic success of your business with various offers of outpatient and stationary integration, child and youth assistance, including the focus on autism, day and early promotion and kitas. You conduct and coordinate the business unit with around 200 employees in close coordination with your management colleagues and the Executive Board and develop the area according to needs, innovative and sustainable. You take over the service and specialist supervision for the executives of your area, increase customer satisfaction (internal and external) and design and pursue the management strategy as well as the economic objectives. In your area of responsibility, you actively implement the Christian-diaconical mission and the mission of the Finneck Foundation. The cooperation with cost companies, local actors and other partners makes you proactive and represent the business area in bodies and networks.

You have a completed study of social education, social work, psychology, medical education, social management or a comparable subject area. You bring well-founded management experience in integration aid or child and youth aid – ideally in the area of special housing or offers for people in the autism spectrum. With your technical and business know-how, you design both the technical and economic management of the business unit. Your empathy and communication skills, your valuable and consistent leadership style as well as your pleasure in innovation motivate employees and strengthen cooperation.
