Technical Trainer, SHK International (m/f/d)

Your duties In this role as a technical trainer (m/w/d) for our sanitary products in the global technical service you take a central role in the international knowledge transfer and qualification of our sales companies, service partners and customers. Your main tasks include: You carry out technical product training for our international target groups and convey complex technical content in a practical and targeted manner These training sessions, workshops and training events take place in German and English – both in presence and in virtual formats You create and maintain training documents, presentations, training concepts and technical documentation and continuously develop these You support knowledge management in your assisted regions and ensure sustainable knowledge transfer to products, applications and service processes You prepare technical changes, product innovations and process engineering developments in a didactic manner and communicate them in close coordination with the Global TSC Advise and maintain our global subsidiaries in all service and application-related issues You control and optimize complaint processes in the regions you care for and provide structured documentation and follow-up

Ideally completed training in the sanitation, heating or supply engineering sector, with a training to master, technician or comparable qualification Funded sanitary skills and a pronounced technical understanding form the basis for your work as a trainer and contact person. Experience in performing technical training, training or workshops is beneficial Embossed communication and presentation skills as well as joy in knowledge transfer Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing; the implementation of training in both languages is of course International readiness for travel and intercultural competence Structured, independent operation and high service orientation
