Technical training/commercial training with technical background or successfully completed studies as a civil engineer or architect Professional experience in the tendering of post-contracting services (LP 6-7) in turn-key interior design and well-founded experience in the creation of performance directories Safe application of VOB as well as knowledge in BGB building contract law and experience in dealing with an AVA program, ideally iTWO Entrepreneurial thinking and structured and independent working skills of negotiation and enforcement as well as communication strength and a structured and independent way of working, as well as initial professional leadership experience
