The job is full-time and requires a pre-qualification as a structural mechanic (m/w/d) that can be completed via expertum in Hamburg.

Production and assembly of riveted joints and assemblies on structural components according to construction documents, production instructions and drawings Production and processing of components according to valid aviation standards Preparation of assembly work, e.g.:Sighting and sorting of orders and drawings Upgrades of components and construction sites Testing and provision of manufacturing and tools

Positioning, alignment and fixing of components and assemblies Implementation and complete documentation of assembly work Conducting surface protection measures, e.g.:Nietkopfapplication Conservation of seal seams

Senior Consultant (m/w/d)

Projektingenieur (m/w/d) or comparable qualification

First professional experience in plastics and rubber technology, ideally with CFRP and/or GRP components Technical understanding and careful, precise operation Teamability, sense of responsibility and quality orientation German knowledge at a safe level, basic English knowledge
