Export processing including the creation of all customs documents (ATR, EUR1, certificate of origin etc.) Create export declarations or imports via ATLAS/AEB Import processing and creation of customs declarations via ATLAS Conducting export control (including dual-use feed list, US export control law, embargo rules) Pick up offers for freight from freight forwarders Disposition of machine and spare parts deliveries Submission of forwarding and service providers Exposure of logistics documents (CMR, forwarding orders) Conducting preferential calculations of self-made parts Issue, collect, check and manage supplier declarations Accounting (specialized invoices) and Accounting in SAP Creating shipping documents and customs invoices via SAP

Graduated logistic/commercial training as well as an at least three-year professional experience in customs, export, and import (e.g. as customs officer (m/w/d), Customs & foreign trade (m/w/d), merchant for forwarding and logistics services (m/w/d) or comparable) knowledge of ATLAS and/or AEB Experience with SAP and MS Office Good knowledge of English Self-employed Flexible, team-ready, durable, communication-ready
