Recording, coordination and demand-oriented provision of strategic key technologies developed, prioritized and strategically relevant in Naval Weapons, including the EPC chain in multi-project management to ensure their availability General management and professional management of important subcontractors and cooperation partners as well as moderation and management of decision-making and steering bodies Making strategic decisions based on analyses, assessments and continuous monitoring of circumstances for internal and external reporting, in particular with high technological complexity, stakeholder impact and business policy relevance Developing decision-making management templates and bringing about resilient, cross-sectoral decisions, including challenges beyond your own decision-making space Proactive identification, assessment and control of opportunities and risks in the product sector; strategic advice, technical control and governance of the specialist areas and interfaces (product, project, development, purchasing, supplier:internal and production management); Initiation, design and decision in process and method improvements throughout the value creation process

Higher education in (economic) engineering or a comparable subject Insufficient, long-term professional experience in the defined technology field as well as detailed knowledge and technical understanding of the assigned Strategic Key Technologies Management-ready preparation of complex facts, pronounced analytical skills and safe, binding appearance combined with strong enforcement English knowledge, structured, solution-oriented and independent work as well as a high degree of self-motivation, initiative and proactivity Embossed team and communication skills, intercultural competence, sense for complex decision-making processes and, if present, a valid certificate of competence according to § 20 SprengG
