You bear the overall responsibility for logistics with the tasks goods receipt, production supply, dispatch and disposal. Around 30 employees and trainees in the logistics team rely on your leadership, motivation and promotion. At the same time, you actively shape processes, drive improvements and optimize warehouse and logistics processes as well as material flows continuously. As a responsible contact for our highly automated high-bay warehouse, you ensure efficient and trouble-free operation. In the case of special tasks or projects in the logistics, you take the lead and advance new solutions. Your area of responsibility also includes support and development of higher-level processes with the respective interfaces. You keep standards of quality, environmental and occupational safety regulations high.

You have completed vocational training in a recognised commercial or logistical profession and a master of warehouse management. With fun and success, your employees and your AEVO certification will also qualify you for the training of junior staff. Experience allows you to navigate sovereignly through warehouse management systems and MS Office and ERP systems. In the working day, you will focus on continuous improvement and promote good cooperation in your team with your communication strength, structured working methods and team skills.
