In Germany, we address medium-sized companies with business relations with these markets. As a correspondent bank of the group, we manage Group Treasury, foreign payments and commercial financing. In order to strengthen our international team in Frankfurt am Main, we are looking for an indefinite permanent position to support and manage all products around the import and export business of our customers.

Senior Account Manager (m/w/d) take responsibility for the needs- and final-oriented consulting of our sister banks and corporate customers in their cross-border business in the field of document business supports customer supporters in your business with corporate customers develops the accreditation, guarantee and debt collection business for the banks of the ProCredit Group and for bank customers identifies customer needs and develops new sales impulses and approaches through creative ideas, including in terms of customer acquisition and the digitalization of trade-finance products the connections to corporate customers, sister banks and other banking partners and continuously expand them supports the further development of the trade-finance business within the group, including through the organisation and implementation of bank-internal workshops

Successfully completed commercial training or successfully completed economic studies or comparable qualification Interest in introducing new systems and processes and in project management Customer-oriented operation and self-initiative Ability to own organization, high professional motivation and enforcement ability Very good knowledge of English and good knowledge of German in word and writing Multiannual, relevant professional experience in the field of document business
