They serve our B2B customers by phone, written and personal – empathic, solution-oriented and binding You create individual offers and accompany your customers from initial contact to order processing They work closely with the field, purchasing and logistics They identify potentials for existing customers and actively help to expand business relationships You maintain your customer contacts in the CRM system and keep an overview of your daily business

A completed commercial training First professional experience in the sales service or inside sales – ideally in the technical or industrial environment A real communications talent – on the phone, by e-mail and in handling your team Organisational skills and a structured working method Safe handling of MS Office; CRM identifiers are a plus
