You support us in the day-to-day business in project work and thus contribute to the optimization and further development of processes in the area of charging infrastructure. Customer requests take up, clarify first questions and ensure a quick processing of the concerns. You keep an eye on the operation of our charging columns, monitor the systems and process incoming tickets. With service partners as well as market players such as network operators and authorities, you agree on current topics. You evaluate loading data, prepare the results clearly and prepare the documentation for the asset system.

You are currently studying with technical or economic focus. Topics such as e-mobility or charging infrastructure are of interest to you. Ideally you bring a basic technical understanding with You work structured, independent and also keep an overview of several tasks. With Excel, you'll be safe.
