• Professional experience in system administration or in a comparable activity
• Funded knowledge in handling Microsoft operating systems (Client/Server) and know-how in managing Windows domain environments (Active Directory, DHCP, DNS etc.)
• Hardware identifiers for the installation, configuration and maintenance of terminals and servers
• Basic understanding of network and server technologies, virtualization technologies and cloud services management
• Knowledge in Helpdesk systems is advantageous
• Analytical thinking, problem-solving competence as well as independent organization and prioritization of tasks
• customer-oriented thinking and acting as well as clear and understandable communication of technical content to technical and IT contact partners
• Good knowledge of English is required. Your responsibilities: - IT user support & Problem solution:
• They provide comprehensive on-site support and analyze technical problems, work closely with international IT departments and external service providers.
• You process IT-specific enquiries via e-mail, telephone or our ticket system and provide fast, effective solutions. They also document measures taken to ensure complete follow-up and continuous improvement.
• You are responsible for the procurement, construction, configuration and maintenance of IT equipment as well as the administration of local servers and access and authorization management for various software solutions.

• They are responsible for the design, implementation, monitoring and troubleshooting of network infrastructures to ensure optimal performance, safety and reliability.
• They work closely with central network teams to coordinate the planning and implementation of cloud migration projects and efficiently transfer IT infrastructure to the cloud.
