Whether shopping, logistics or shipping/inch - we act as a central unit for our four business units and actively shape the strategic and operational orientation of the Optima Group.

A correct classification of goods in the customs tariff is the basis for a smooth and uniform processing. In the field of import and export, you take over the tariffing of our machine components. In addition, check and record the requirements of supplier declarations in the system and conduct self-contained preferential calculations for goods shipments. The ordering of import duty via service providers is part of your task as well as ensuring the proper registration of self-declaration in the GTS. In addition, you will keep in mind relevant deadlines and check customs documents and invoices for their accuracy. Your area of responsibility is rounded off by the registration of special customs procedures (VV / AV) as well as the supervision of coffee tax processing.

You have completed commercial training in the field of industry, in the field of wholesale and foreign trade management or can provide a comparable qualification. Ideally, you have been able to gain at least 1-2 years of professional experience in the operational customs processing of a manufacturing industrial company. You are well familiar with the requirements of internal customs processing in import-side customs processing and therefore also bring the necessary practical experience in customs tariffs, in preferential legislation and in dealing with supplier declarations and customs-related master data. The handling of MS Office is of course part of everyday work for you; ideally You also have user knowledge in SAP and SAP GTS. A structured, careful and self-responsible way of working is just as good as a high degree of reliability and sense of responsibility. Also in the processing of complex facts, you keep an overview, work precise and solution-oriented. Your good knowledge of German and English in word and scripture will be addressed.
