You work closely with colleagues, colleagues and parents to implement individual goals. You create a trusting atmosphere where people feel comfortable and safe. Completed training for/to educators or comparable qualifications. Commitment, independence and joy in pedagogical work with children or young people. Team and communication skills as well as openness for changing applications and topics. Willingness to mobility if desired bets take place outside your residence. Good organizational skills and a structured way of working.
