As a medium-sized company with around 50 employees at the site, high-quality solutions for diverse industrial applications are produced in close coordination with customers and at a high technical level. In this environment, an experienced Operations Manager (m/w/d) is being sought, which takes over the operational responsibility at the site, optimizes processes and develops production in a future-proof manner. Total responsibility for operating operations at the site from production, logistics and maintenance to quality assurance Professional and disciplinary leadership of about 40 employees in various areas Continuous analysis, optimization and digitization of processes along the value chain Implementation of lean management principles to increase efficiency, quality and delivery reliability Close cooperation with group management and other internal interfaces Control and implementation of investment projects, e.g. in the field of machine park or digitization Monitoring relevant KPIs and key figures

Complete technical studies (e.g. mechanical engineering, production engineering, industrial engineering) or a corresponding further training to the technician/master with leadership experience Multiannual experience in production management or operations management, ideally in a medium-sized environment Outstanding knowledge in process optimization and lean management Experience in the leadership and development of employees and the joy of strengthening teams Structured, entrepreneurial mindset with hands-on mentality and implementation strength Their mode of operation is strong, ground and targeted
