As a nursing teacher/medical teacher/teacher (m/w/d) you accompany our trainees on their way to a sin-making profession – professionally competent, educationally innovative and humanly approachable. Your areas of action: Planning and implementation of theoretical and practical teaching in generalistic nursing training Use of modern, digital and innovative teaching and learning methods Participation in the development and development of curricula and training concepts Adapting content to current nursing and legal standards Educational support of trainees in their professional, social and personal development Close cooperation with practical partners

Complete study in nursing education, medical education or a comparable educational course. As an alternative: Completed training in a nursing profession with corresponding pedagogical training/ A nursing examination with additional pedagogical qualification and experience in training Professional experience in nursing and/or teaching is desirable. Knowledge of generalist nursing training and the handling of digital teaching methods. Joy in teaching knowledge and accompaniment of young people. High social competence, team capacity and initiative. Organizational skill and a structured way of working. Team spirit, sense of responsibility and joy in innovative educational work Enthusiasm for new teaching methods, digital tools and creative learning spaces
