Accept and apply IT Service Requests

be the interface between end users and IT professionals

Classify, prioritize and forward support requests to support partners

develop and implement internal service processes

support the technical service in client hardware deployment with associated service applications

(m/w) or a similar subject

ideally ITIL knowledge

Experience in the IT service desktop environment and ITSM systems

technical understanding and rapid understanding combined with a structured working method

a pronounced service orientation and joy in dealing with people

good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
