Responsibility for IT support as the first respondent (IT expert) in IT questions and disruptions of any kind Taking responsibility for the assigned system components Installation, configuration and maintenance of hardware and software components and support of our modern workplace systems Responsibility for user management, system availability, data backup and updates Administration and support of our servers, networks and user accounts as well as our Microsoft 365 environment Active cooperation with IT projects and system introductions Creation of documentation in the internal wiki to ensure know-how Implementation of employee training

Successfully completed training as a specialist in system integration or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience as a system administrator, network administrator or in a similar function desirable Professional starters are nevertheless welcome – a structured and comprehensive introduction for successful entry is guaranteed.
