You develop strategies and guidelines for health protection, occupational safety, environmental protection and fire protection, taking into account operational requirements in cooperation with the management, implementing them in the company and monitoring their compliance through internal audits and missions. You are responsible for internal coordination of HSE actions with executives and internal and external agents. You support the coordination of foreign companies in audit work. You document HSE management in Quentic. You maintain the integrated management documentation including the EfB manual and the legal and approval catastrophe. You are a security specialist and fire protection officer at the locations of fleet, administration and MVA. You carry out systematic analyses to identify risks at an early stage and to initiate appropriate protective measures and document the risk assessments. You maintain and accompany communication with authorities, professional associations and fire brigades after consultation with the executives. As an environmental management officer of HEB GmbH and HUI GmbH, you are also responsible for the introduction and further development of the environmental management system according to EMAS for the site of waste incineration plant Hagen (MVA with valuables and special waste collection center). You report directly to the management.
