You guide your center for cost and earnings The professional and disciplinary leadership of the employees is one of your tasks as well as the close coordination with the management They are responsible for the production of shiftwork (seven-day week) and ensure timely production processes They serve our existing customers on site and continue to expand our customer base By helping you secure and optimize our high quality standards You coordinate and control the training and training of your employees Personal planning, ordering and facility management also fall within your jurisdiction
