IT Security Compliance Officer

In your position IT Security Compliance Officer, in close coordination with the Group-CISO, you control and coordinate the group-wide measures to strengthen information security and continuously develop the cybersecurity level of our group. You work closely with the apetito subsidiaries of the different countries. You can look forward to this: You continuously develop security standards and ensure compliance with regulatory and internal requirements. You evaluate IT risks and develop compensating measures as part of our GRC program. You are taxing these measures and projects to strengthen information security across groups. Together with our IT teams and external partners, you actively promote the further development of our information security. You develop and control group-wide awareness and training concepts to permanently anchor information security in corporate culture. You keep an eye on regulatory, legal and market-side developments in the area of information security and compliance and take measures for the Group of Companies.

You have successfully completed a training as a specialist in system integration, a computer science study or a comparable degree course You bring with you several years of cybersecurity experience and have preferably already gained experience with ISO-27001 certification and GRC projects Your appearance is sovereign, you are communication strong and resilient You are team capable and have experience in working with interdisciplinary, international teams (remote/hybrid) You have very good German and English skills in word and writing and willingness to visit our international subsidiaries such as apetito UK regularly on site (approximately once per quarter).
