The Federal Agency for Real Estate Tasks (BImA) is the real estate service provider of the federal government, which supports the federal government's real estate policy objectives and provides the necessary areas and buildings for almost all federal authorities. Accordingly, we are represented throughout Germany with more than 7,000 employees and take care of a very broad and colorful real estate portfolio as well as the ecological use and care of the federal nature areas. In the Housing division, strategically significant stray property as well as large residential areas are managed in fortified urban areas. Perception of all relevant management and management functions associated with the responsibility and management of the projects in the relevant regional area, support of local construction management Perception of the building function and control of the planning and implementation of construction measures of BImA Initiation and support of quarterly concepts according to relevant housing topics (e.g. demography, climate protection, sustainability, digitization, mobility and energy) Preparation of the technical demand planning and monitoring of the implementation of the investment projects including external project tax, architects, expert planners and experts Control and coordination of all external and internal project participants Implementation of regular time, quality and cost controls (construction controlling) Construction of a technical reporting system for construction measures Development of annual and medium-term construction and investment programmes Building a guarantee management for construction measures Continuous testing of possibilities of time and cost reduction, deriving appropriate measures and monitoring of success and costs We work mobile and flexible. However, on the job business trips, including in the entire federal territory, are incurred. The workplace will be restructured and leadership tasks as well as the new role of project management will be in future.

Qualification: Completed scientific university studies (Diplom [Uni] /Master) with a technical background (e.g. architecture, civil engineering, urban planning, spatial planning) or otherwise acquired equivalent technical knowledge and experience in the technical field with technical knowledge and experience Competences: Knowledge of the planning and implementation of large construction measures is desirable Knowledge of project management/project management of new and modernization projects Knowledge of planning and construction law including relevant legal provisions (especially AHO, HOAI, BauGB, LBauO and VOB) General real estate and housing industry knowledge is desirable Knowledge of standard IT applications (Microsoft Office) SAP knowledge or willingness to acquire it in a dedicated manner Other: Design and organizational capacity, capacity for economic thinking and action Ability to work quickly into changing tasks High self-initiative and capacity for creative and conceptual work Embossed communication capability Customer/address-oriented behaviour, pronounced negotiation skills High social competence, capacity for team-oriented action and conflict resolution, critique Secure judgment combined with the ability to make difficult decisions and take responsibility Willingness to take over personal responsibility driving licence class B and the willingness to operate motor vehicles independently
