Our team “Production & Supply Chain Communication” is responsible for global internal and external communication on strategic topics related to the production network of Mercedes-Benz Cars. We offer insights into the communication of a central business area – from internal news and dialogue formats to press information, media briefings, social media content and the communicative support of international production and work topics. Together, we ensure that complex topics are communicated in a comprehensible, relevant and inspiring manner – both for colleagues worldwide and for external target groups. These tasks await you: Support in creating and editing contributions, articles, internal news and external communication materials on production, digitalization, supply chain, sustainability and transformation

Working in the design and implementation of communication formats – online, print, video, social intranet, social media and press communication

Support in the preparation and implementation of events, media appointments, townhalls and dialogue formats

Creation of Q&As, briefings, presentations, press and internal information documents

Research and preparation of figures, data and facts for internal and external communication occasions

Monitoring relevant media, communications and industry trends and support in the documentation and evaluation of communication measures

Close cooperation with international colleagues and participation in the topic planning in a global communication network

Support for operational communication in occasional, sensitive or media-relevant situations

Ideally, you bring the following: Studies in Communications, Media, Economics or Social Sciences, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing or Similar

First experiences in the field of communication, PR, journalism, social media, marketing or editorial

Embossed editorial skills, voice and joy in making complex content understandable

Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing

Digital affinity and secure handling of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Word

Quick conception, structured working, self-initiative and lust for team work

Personal competencies: Communication talent with a sense of storytelling, target groups and tonality

Creativity, curiosity and pleasure in multimedia design

Openness, macher mentality and interest in economic, technological and social issues

Team spirit, intercultural competence and a sovereign appearance

Very good self-management, reliability and durability
