Architect - Construction Management / Historic Preservation / AVA (m/f/d)

Building in existence is our passion - from the beginning. We create new spaces in existing structures together. You are responsible for the project and construction management for our demanding renovation and renovation projects with a focus on buildings in the inventory and conservation of monuments. You control the tendering and awarding (LPH 6-7) by first checking performance directories with ORCA AVA and expertly examining offers. As a central contact person on site, you monitor the construction design, coordinate the works involved and ensure compliance with dates, costs and quality. You take over the communication and coordination with builders, authorities and specialist engineers and ensure complete project documentation.

You have a degree in architecture or civil engineering You bring at least 4 years of professional experience in the performance phases 6-8 and have experience with building in stock and conservation You have good knowledge of VOB and relevant construction and legislation You have software knowledge for AVA (we use ORCA) and common office software You work actively and independently and have good organizational skills You have good German skills in word and writing
