Processing the technical 2nd level support of our worldwide operating service technicians by phone, email and remote support as well as on-site support if needed

Preparation, independent execution and reprocessing of escalation calls in the context of the escalation process, in German and English

Proactive participation in the design of service training for service technicians and independent implementation of these service trainings in German and English

Active and close integration into the product development process to ensure, inter alia, the serviceability of new product developments

Support for product support/maintenance of existing products including upgrades as part of the after sales process to the end of lifetime

Development of service and Spare parts concepts for new products and development of changes/updates for service documentation – close cooperation with the technical editorial department

Relevant and routined professional and project experience in the (international) field service/application support of complex and expressive investment goods

Mechanical skills in the adjustment/assembly of optical assemblies and at best knowledge in the handling of microscopes/microscope systems
