As part of an orderly succession, we are looking for an experienced, strategically thinking management personality for the management of work preparation.

In this function, you take responsibility for the entire scope of work preparation – from the examination of the technical clarification of new orders to the optimised loading into production. They analyse existing production processes, evaluate materials, answer the disposition and participate in the further development of production processes. With your team, you not only ensure the technical and timely feasibility, but also ensure a lean, future-oriented planning and control of all relevant resources. In addition, you are actively engaged in strategic issues and the continuous improvement process.

They have completed technical studies or a comparable qualification as well as several years of professional experience in a responsible position of work preparation – ideally in a metal processing company. Leadership experience, a high degree of self-responsibility and decision-making competence, as well as a pronounced affinity for process optimization and efficiency enhancement are the key features. With your communication strength, care and your view for cost-effectiveness, your team and your interfaces will delight you alike. Very good German and good English skills complete your profile.
