They take over the leadership of our dedicated team in Hamburg and promote the personal and professional development of around 50 employees and executives. They create an open, trusted working culture, ensure smooth processes and ensure efficient communication within the site. They identify growth potentials and implement strategies to expand the range of services, attract new customers and inspire talents for our team. With innovative approaches, you shape the long-term development of the Hamburg branch and contribute significantly to sustainable success. They are responsible for budget planning and monitoring, as well as ensuring the economic achievement of targets. In your role as branch management, you will be responsible for our large customers and will be in close contact with the regional management North-West and the Key Account Management. With your industry expertise and your strong social competence, you build new customer relationships. They maintain existing customer relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction through excellent service.
