About the position As Partnerships Manager (m/w/d), you develop strategic partnerships at local and national level. You also support the Senior Partnerships Manager in international cooperation and in the development of the MICE program (meetings, incentives, conferences, exhibitions) to position the Village as an attractive destination for cosmopolitan, demanding guests. Your duties Promotion of Wertheim Village and Ingolstadt Village to strengthen brand awareness and positioning Building, maintaining and developing strong relationships with local and national partners, such as tourism organisations, hotel chains, concierge tourism and regional attractions Development of new partnerships with international communities, schools and cultural associations Cooperation with 4-/5-star hotels to develop shopping packages for their guests Building local partnerships with companies, banks, credit card providers, exclusive customer groups to promote the sale of packages, transport solutions and gift cards

What you bring Detectable experience in sales, ideal for tourism, hotel or MICE International or European experience of advantage Secure handling of Microsoft Office and CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) Very good understanding of the travel, fashion and retail industry Good knowledge of the regional and national tourism sector Experience in cooperation with tour operators International thinking and openness to other cultures readiness to travel German and English knowledge, other languages of advantage
