You take full responsibility for the Online Remote Update (ORU) process.

You define the update strategy and implement it together with the relevant interfaces.

You plan and control campaigns and batches for software updates.

You monitor the status, analyze mistakes and cause them to be eliminated.

You coordinate testing and validation activities.

You actively participate in the error management process.

You work with the VW and MAN tool chain, serve them safely and develop them further.

You are responsible for change management and bug fixing across the entire tool chain.

You represent the area in various ORU bodies.

You agree closely with the MAN Customer Service, Quality Assurance and IT departments.

You have completed a technical or economic studies - or you have a comparable qualification with corresponding professional experience.

You know very well with VW IT tools for over-the-air functionalities (e.g. Admin Portlet, Recall (2), DLCM).

You have profound knowledge of VW IT tools such as Service42, Conbase, Version42, FAZIT, ODIS etc.

You have deep knowledge of VW electronics architecture.

You bring in-depth knowledge in the automotive service process.

Ideally, you also know yourself in the automotive development process.

You work team-oriented, think analytic, structured and customer-centric.

You convince by communication strength, safe occurrence and enforcement ability.

You have very good English knowledge in word and writing.
