The Ecumenical Initiative e.V. is a non-profit association with over 35 years of experience in social projects. Our goal: to support people in different situations in a concrete and practical way. Part of our work is the project “Möbel & More” – our large furniture store in Wipperfürth. Here we collect, sort and sell well preserved furniture donations. This not only creates cheap offers for people with a small budget, but also meaningful jobs, lived sustainability and support in everyday life.

👉 We are now looking for an active support for our team:

Furniture packer:in

Your tasks:

• Participation in Household resolutions and Release of furniture donations
• Transport and storage from furniture to furniture store
• Removing and dismantling of furniture
• Support for War logistics in warehouse
• Friendly dealing with donors: inside and outside

That's what you bring:

• Creative load capacity (e.g. when lifting furniture)
• Experience class B (car - truck)
• Responsibility and Reliability
• Pleasure of teamwork and a meaningful activity
• Handicraft skill is a plus
