We are looking for a short-term intervention in our social space project in the district of Hamburg-Nord *n

The focus of your work is on the individual support and support of families and individuals with migration and escape background. The objectives of the support to be provided relate primarily to the networking of clients in the social area and the connection to counselling centres, as well as to individual requirements arising from the special circumstances of the inferior people. The focus is on the development of personal resources and action strategies. The aim of this is to make self-reality achievable and sustainable.

Overview of tasks

• Self-responsible implementation of outpatient services in the context of short-term interventions
• Support and support of families and individuals in meeting their daily requirements
• Advice on education
• Support and assistance in the application of necessary services
• Design of transitions
• Support and support in the areas of communication, orientation and social co-operation
• Support and support in the field of health promotion and conservation

We are looking

• Qualified vocational training as a Dipl./BA Social education *in
• Good knowledge of systemic theory and methods of discussion
• Professional experience in the field of outpatient assistance for education
• Knowledge of legal basis for performance
• Individual initiative, team skills and unique positioning towards empowerment and inclusion
• Empathyability, appreciation and patience in dealing with our clientele
• Good communication skills; foreign language skills are beneficial
• Professional handling of work instruments such as documentation and the creation of reports

Remuneration: According to KTD (Curch collective agreement Diakonie)

Start of work: from 01.07.2025

Duration: First terminated until 30.06.2026 with option for extension

Working hours: 35 hours/week
