Your tasks

• Your area of responsibility: Designs instead of just managing. In this role you are a developer, architect and problem solver for our global conference solutions.
• System excellence: You are responsible for the introduction, administration and monitoring of our Google Meet Hardware fleet and how their systems are offered.
• Standardization: You develop global blueprints for conference rooms and define the benchmarks for audio, video and control technology.
• Automation: "Work smarter, not harder" - you develop in-house scripts (e.g. in Python, JavaScript...) to automate standard processes and increase efficiency.
• International consulting: You are advising our national companies around the world with new and remodeling and accompanying rollouts with your expert knowledge.
• Innovation Scouting: You are analysing market trends and implementing proof-of-concepts for new technologies in the media technology environment.

Your profile

• Technical thinker with pioneering spirit: you feel comfortable where others lose sight of complex signal paths.
• Education: Complete studies or training in the field of media technology, specialist informatics, media informatics or application development.
• AV-Expertise: You bring deep knowledge in audio, video and control technology and have a sense of modern room solutions.
• IT-Stack: Found experience in network management (TCP/IP, VLANs, QoS), as well as methodological error analysis is of course for you.
• Coding Skills: You master programming languages such as Python, Lua or JavaScript; Ideally, you also have experience with PowerShell.
• Language competence: In an international environment you will certainly communicate in German and English.
