With the maintenance and repair of switching equipment in I contribute to a secure network operation.

This makes this job interesting for me: 50Hertz has been engaged since long for the energy transition. High Voltage Equipment Team I work on high voltage devices in air-insulated and gas-insulated Switching systems. I carry out maintenance, repair and Diagnosis activities on the high-voltage devices in the transformers of the 50Hertz in cooperation with colleagues. I'm in total Network area on the go and introduce my expertise wherever it is is urgently needed.

My tasks

· Implementation of maintenance, repair and diagnostic activities maximum voltage equipment (e.g. power switches, disconnectors, surge arresters, · Mounting, disassembly and adjustment activities on high-voltage devices, · Exchange of individual components within the framework of repair projects incl. function test, · Acquisition of priority tasks according to pre-experience, e.g.

· Conceptual design for handling alternative insulating gases, · Care and further development of measuring tools or IT tools,

· Regular, multi-day journeys with overnight stays throughout 50Hertz network area is a central part of the activity.

My skills

· Complete study of electrical engineering, energy technology or comparable qualification, · independent, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation, · Very high readiness to travel throughout the 50Hertz network area (East Germany and Hamburg), · Driving permit car, · Very good German knowledge (C1).

No need, but of advantage

· Experience in dealing with the common working equipment (working platforms, maintenance equipment for insulating gas, oil management on transformers, etc.), · Multiannual experience in the maintenance field of network systems.
