Project Manager Customer Projects - Retail Robotics (m/f/d)

We are looking for a project manager (m/w/d) to support new customer projects with leading retail companies due to our steadily growing customer base. You take over the coordination of the projects and, together with the Key Account Manager and the Solution Engineering Team, train the interface to our customers.

Your tasks

Together with our customers, you identify the specific areas of application of our product as well as individual requirements and advise them comprehensively on the functionalities of our robots. You take communication with our customers in the pilot and implementation phase. You work closely with our Solution Engineering Team to implement specific customer requirements. You are responsible for the planning, control and implementation of our projects. In doing so, you give our customers regular updates and also have the quality requirements for the project always in mind to actively shape the development of our customer relationships.

A successfully completed study in the field of industrial engineering or a comparable qualification The ability to quickly work into new topics and understand complex technologies You have already gained experience in agile project management Ideally experience in the retail industry Ready to travel (25% - 30%) A high degree of independence and reliability An excellent communication skills and joy in working in an interdisciplinary, multilingual team Flowing German and English skills
