In order to better implement our growth strategy, we are looking for one: IT System Administrator - Identity and Access Management (m/w/d)

Managing Microsoft Active Directory and Entra-ID: You have a profound understanding of identity management with EntraID. In addition, you plan the further development of the hybrid environment to EntraID. Strategy development: You develop and implement IAM strategies and policies that meet business requirements and meet high security standards. The integration of IAM solutions into existing IT infrastructures is also part of your task. Identity Governance with Tenfold: Introduction, administration and continuous optimization of our Tenfold platform as a central solution for identity governance. Implementation and maintenance of automated onboarding/offboarding workflows, roll-based commissioning and approval processes. Evaluation of authorization structures and adaptation of global role models. Role and Rights Concept: You update, design and develop our global role and rights concept and set the basis of the access rights for Swoboda worldwide. You define name conventions and standards that are taken into account when granting rights. Management of the M365 infrastructure: You manage the technical connection of M365 and make sure that our environment is always at a high level of security. You will also take care of the Exchange Administration and the archiving of the mailboxes.

Completed training as a specialist, completed study of computer science or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in the administration of complex IAM systems and hybrid identity architectures (Active Directory, Entra ID, M365) Detectable experience in implementing IAM projects, ideally with tenfold or comparable identity governance platforms Knowledge of role and rights management, access governance and security concepts Identity & Access Management certifications are desirable Good knowledge of German and English (min. C1 level)
