Monitoring compliance with legal requirements and internal regulations in the handling of hazardous substances and support for executives as well as teams in safe application Advice on the selection, purchasing and use of hazardous materials – incl. Substitute testing and release of new substances Implementation of risk assessments and derivation of appropriate protective measures Control of the implementation of measures with samples at work and in hazardous materials storage Organisation of training and instruction for employees working with hazardous substances Ensuring the creation, updating and revision-proof placement of relevant documents such as e.g. B.: Risk assessments, safety data sheets, operating/work instructions Alignment of necessary air and exposure measurements and organisation of the implementation and management and updating of the exposure list Organisation and updating of the explosion protection for hazardous materials storage, and written information of the responsible management with necessary adjustments Planning of regular checks/checks, identification of defects and initiation of corrective measures Coordination of cooperation with external service providers (e.g. disposers) and close cooperation with internal partners (e.g. waste management)

Must-have: Specialized education and training, corresponding completed studies or comparable Knowledge of German law and experience in hazardous materials management / occupational safety / HSE or a comparable environment – incl. Risk assessments, protection measures and instructions Safe handling of documentation (SDB, operating instructions, directories) and an eye for topicality, completeness and auditability You communicate clearly, advise in practice and can bring requirements into implementation Nice-to-have: Knowledge of related topics such as explosion protection, measurement concepts (air/exposure) or interfaces to environmental/disposal Experience in cross-site cooperation (standardization, rollout, audit/commissioning routine)
