Implementation of personnel measures such as settings, transfers, contract changes and exits Establishment and maintenance of stem, time and pay as well as document production in the context of defined administrative processes Compilation and, where appropriate, coordination of data for payment accounting The payment of different working hours, working time models and pay methods Calculation of allowances, allowances and other allowances Processing of special operations such as tariff increases, one-off payments, merit guarantees Examination of the tax and social security obligation of compensation payments, grants and allowances, as well as examination of the data and accounting results determined including: Error analysis and troubleshooting Data maintenance and updating incl. Quality controls Administrative tasks relating to payment accounting Documentation of all wage accounts according to the statutory retention periods Written transactions with beneficiaries, sickness funds, authorities Processing and handling of subject-specific facts, such as payments, payment conversion, settlement of service periods Information to external stakeholders (administrative bodies, social security institutions, health insurance funds)

Senior Account Manager (m/w/d) At least 3 years of professional experience in payroll accounting, personnel management and personnel Very good MS Office knowledge Basic knowledge of SAP Very good German knowledge Basic knowledge of English
