We are looking for a:n Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at our headquarters in Spich/Troisdorf.

Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) Information security management: construction, operation and further development of the ISMS of TX Logistik AG according to ISO/IEC 27001; Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements (NIS-2, BSI-KRITIS, industry-specific standards). AI management: Establishing and controlling the AI management system based on ISO/IEC 42001; Risk and compliance assessment of AI applications (EU AI Act) and monitoring their safe introduction. Group governance: Groupwide specification of binding guidelines, standards and minimum requirements for information security and AI; Management of the implementation in the subsidiaries and professional management of the decentralised controllers. Strategy and reporting: further development of the security and AI strategy, responsibility for the associated risk management as part of the enterprise risk management and regular reporting to the board and bodies. Incident management and reporting: Responsibility for security incidents incl. BSI, development of emergency and crisis management (BCM), Audits and effectiveness checks: control of audits and effectiveness checks. cooperation and culture: anchoring security and AI requirements for service providers and in the supply chain; close cooperation with IT, data protection, compliance and specialist areas; Building a lived security and AI culture through awareness programs.

Complete study of (economic) informatics, information security or comparable – or equivalent qualification with relevant professional experience, e.g. from a role as ISB, IT security manager or IT leadership in the company network. Multiannual experience in information security management, ideally in the regulated environment (KRITIS, railway/logistics) and in group or composite structures. knowledge of ISO/IEC 27001/27002, NIS-2 and BSI IT basic protection; Knowledge of ISO/IEC 42001 and EU AI Act or the willingness to acquire them in the short term. Relevant certifications (e.g. CISM, CISSP, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor) are of advantage, but no requirement – we actively support further qualification. communication and enforcement across all levels and societies; very good knowledge of German and English; Ready for occasional missions within Europe.
